Rogue Tactical Shipping Policies
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We primarily ship packages via USPS and UPS methods. Orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock but most will typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. While we make every attempt to ship the day of your order, there is no guarantee of this. We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. There are instances where UPS or USPS will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that UPS and USPS do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package. Qualifying orders shipping within the continental U.S. can use Economy Shipping. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that if you attempt to obtain free shipping on an order that does not qualify, your order will be cancelled until we notify you and receive authorization for the additional shipping charges.
Ground shipping is usually delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversized items, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged. (For Shipments within the 48 Continental States)

UPS 3 Day Select - $13.00
UPS Second Day Air - $15.00
UPS Next Day Air Saver - $25.00
UPS Next Day Air - $35.00
Oversized / Large Items
The online system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as rifle cases, Pelican cases, and Dynamic Entry Tools. There may be instances where we will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs.
Free shipping offers never apply to oversized items unless specifically stated on that item page. If you use a free shipping coupon with a mix of normal items and oversize items we may have to ask for shipping charge due to the excessive cost of shipping large items like rifle bags and Pelican cases.
Low Order Fee
Orders under 50.00 will be subject to the same shipping fee.
Shipping to US Territories
We ship all orders via UPS and occasionally USPS. These carriers use the weight, dimensions, and destination of each order in order to calculate the appropriate shipping charge. Please be aware that shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam can be very expensive, and at times can be more than the order itself.
Once you submit your order to Rogue Tactical and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Rogue Tactical uses a drop shipper for all merchandise, by doing this we can keep our prices low. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Rogue Tactical regarding the merchandise using email@example.com. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor on their own. In addition, Rogue Tactical will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor without authorization. Furthermore, if merchandise has been returned to the distributor by the customer without authorization, Rogue Tactical reserves the right to end all further assistance and proceedings regarding the customer’s order. All merchandise must be returned to the address that Rogue tactical designates. All returns require a RMA number. Please email Rogue Tactical before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be unopened, and in original packaging to receive return credit. A 25% restocking fee is applied on returns. No returns on electrical parts, chemicals, and closeouts. Returns must be sent to the address given to you by Rogue Tactical with the RMA # on the front of the package. Defective items are not warranted by Rogue Tactical. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval. When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. Rogue Tactical does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages. Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to Rogue Tactical so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and Rogue Tactical assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We can not ship to Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required. Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority. Orders are drop shipped out of several warehouses around the USA. We will drop ship out of the closest warehouse to insure the lowest time in transit. Orders will be shipped via UPS. Some drop shipments and five dollar shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. Tracking numbers are not available on some drop shipments. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Unfortunately we have no retail store location (prices would have to go up to cover employee salaries) and phone hours are Monday through Friday and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Competitor Price Matching
Rogue Tactical will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The item must be one that we currently carry on our website, and is the exact same item in every detail. Please be sure to include a link to the competing web site. After we verify the product and its price we will contact you. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include closeout, blemished, auctions, etc). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion, please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.
Preventing Fraudulent Charges
At Rogue Tactical we take very strict precautions to ensure that our orders are verified in order to guard against fraud. Please note that we do use a credit card authorization system that verifies your credit card number to the billing address that the bank has on file. This means that using an address different than the actual credit card’s address may delay the package and cause us to put your order on hold until we can verify your information. We also ask that if possible, you use the same billing and shipping information for your order. Again, we may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all of the information on the order. Rogue Tactical will not be responsible for upgrading the shipping or offering a discount of any sort should either of these situations occur. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate. At this time we are not able to ship orders to a freight forwarding or cargo company.
Out of Stock and Backorders
We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however, our distributor does run out of some items from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified usually within one business day of your order. Items are considered out of stock if they can not ship within three days. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and nothing will be charged to you, or you may choose to backorder the item. To place a backorder simply email us at email@example.com. Backorders are charged 100% up front and shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel the backorder at any time; however you will be charged a 25% backorder cancellation fee. We do not always have a reliable ETA on backorders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the distributor to actually get more products, and we always do our best to get the products to you in a timely manner. We may have other equivalent products available that are listed and some not listed on the website due to the continually changing product lines. You may email us and we will always do our best to help find you what you need.
International orders are not available at this time. We don’t want gear in the hands of Fucking terrorist.
